This page describes behavior visible in the current ConvertFast repository. It does not promise a retention period that the implementation cannot verify.

Files used for conversion

Files are uploaded only after you start a conversion. The backend writes working files to its operating-system temporary directory and returns the requested output. Some handlers remove their input files after processing; the current repository does not implement one global, time-based cleanup guarantee for every generated output.

Do not upload confidential material unless the deployed operator has documented and verified its storage, backup, and deletion policy.

History in your browser

“Save to History” stores job metadata in browser storage on your device. It is not an online account history. Clearing site data removes that local record.

Contact form

The contact form sends the name, email address, and message you provide to the configured support endpoint so the request can be handled.

Analytics and local preferences

The public HTML loads Google Tag Manager. Theme and language preferences are stored locally. The exact analytics tags active in production depend on the Tag Manager container configuration.

Your choices

• Do not submit a file or contact form if you do not want that data processed.
• Clear this site’s browser storage to remove local preferences and saved history.
• Use browser privacy controls or consent controls provided by the deployed site for analytics.
